Oppo Find N6 and Honor Magic V6 to Launch with Advanced Stylus

Foldable smartphones set to be released in 2026 might introduce a new emphasis on features that use a stylus, with initial rumors suggesting support for an advanced "multispectral" pen. A source on Weibo has indicated that future flagship phones like the Honor Magic V6 and Oppo Find N6 could launch with this new functionality, along with high-end specifications. Both models are anticipated to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, indicating significant progress in the premium book-style market. The Honor Magic V6 is expected to launch in March, coinciding with the anticipated release of the Oppo Find N6. The source, Smart Pikachu, on Weibo suggests that the flagship foldables of 2026 might come with next-gen "multispectral" stylus support. According to the source, both the Honor Magic V6 and Oppo Find N6 will feature this stylus, although the specifics of the feature were not discussed. Initial guesses indicate improvements in accuracy, enhanced pressure sensing, wider angle detection, hover functionality, and shorter response times compared to existing styli.

The Honor Magic V6 and Oppo Find N6 could make their debut in March as foldable devices powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. These upcoming book-style foldables are likely to have batteries around 7,000mAh and main cameras with 200-megapixel resolution. One model is said to be designed to be sleek with a large battery, while the other might focus on stylus-related features. Honor has confirmed that it will showcase the Magic V6 at MWC Barcelona next month, while the Find N6 is expected to be released sometime in March. The tipster also mentioned that two additional brands might enter the market with book-style foldable smartphones in the second quarter, including one with a larger folding screen and another that is a more budget-friendly option.

Samsung's upcoming foldable devices, such as the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Flip 8, have recently been listed in the IMEI database. A third model, likely called the Galaxy Wide Fold, was found with multiple entries, indicating a potential worldwide launch in 2026 instead of just a limited regional release.

Nevertheless, it is expected that all these models will be introduced in the third quarter of 2026, which means we will have to wait some time for any official confirmation from the company regarding these details. Importantly, the latter half of 2026 is also predicted to be the time when Apple will reveal its first foldable smartphone. Currently, there is no information available about whether these rumored phones will support a stylus.
