Terrace Johnson’s personal training certification with AAAI began thirteen years ago with his passion for physical fitness and transforming his clients. It led him to open Meriden’s first and only personal training studio in 2007. Due to great response and success, he opened a second location in Wallingford. Terry continues to promote a healthy community by integrating fitness classes, nutritional counseling (Check out the Juice Bar!), and by staffing knowledgeable personal trainers and instructors to enrich and engage his clients.
